I need help. I have a 180i Honda Ballade and want to lower it.

It has the original 14 inch wheels and aftermarket monroe shocks. I have been hearing that tein is a good choice. I don't want to drop my car lower than 40mm.

Please advise. If anybody else has done exactly this, please send pics.
